A: Not at all! We offer completely free Discovery Sessions. This is a casual, zero-pressure meeting where we listen to your vision, explore your ideas, and determine exactly how our technical and creative assets can bring your passion to life.
A: To officially block our team on your chosen date, we require a 20% non-refundable retainer at the time of contract signature. The remaining 80% balance is due exactly 1 day after the event, giving you complete financial flexibility.
A: Every single package we offer includes access to our professional digital planning tools and interactive planning meetings. During these sessions, we map out your exact timeline, structure planned announcements, and categorize your music into strict lists: Must Play, Should Play, and Must Not Play. We leave absolutely nothing to chance.

We manage live crowd requests dynamically, but we cross-reference them against the strict alignment guidelines we established with you during our Discovery Sessions and planning meetings. If a guest requests a song on your "Must Not Play" list, it will not be played.

In the unlikely event that a main DJ controller encounters a technical issue, our seamless backup protocol immediately switches the audio feed over to a secondary computer or mobile device pre-loaded with our professional DJ software—ensuring your music keeps playing without a noticeable interruption.

However, we will fully credit that amount forward and allow you to reschedule your event to a future date.
A: If your date changes, notify us immediately so we can check our master calendar. If our team is open on your new date, we will seamlessly update your contract for signature with no penalty.
If we are already booked on your new date, we won't leave you stranded. We will introduce you to a vetted, high-tier partner company for your approval. Once you approve the replacement, we will hand off all your synchronized timeline data, music logs (Must/Must Not Play), and custom digital planning files directly to them to guarantee a flawless, stress-free transition.
